I also took the time to rewrite a large portion of the game engine I created while making Galaxy Blaster for both Android and iPhone/iPad. This engine was used for the rewrite of Follow Me-Ow! and is becoming a very solid foundation for future games.
I've finished the rewrite of Follow Me-Ow! for iPhone and iPad. This version has a smaller file size, smoother gameplay and better resource usage. The time spent on this project was not expected, but well worth it. I just wasn't happy with the way the initial version looked, the memory usage or the app size. This was definitely a good learning experience.

Can I just say what a relief to find somebody that really understands what they are talking about on the web. You certainly realize how to bring a problem to light and make it important. A lot more people must read this and understand this side of your story. I can't believe you're not more popular since you certainly have the gift.
